Gujarat state Co-operative union organizes regular meetings to foster communication and collaboration among cooperative employees to address them common challenges, share best practices, and facilitate networking opportunities.
We also create an awareness program for youth (Girls & boys) in which we provide guidance as to how youths can explore career paths within existing cooperatives or start their own ventures. We also offer skill-building workshops, mentorship programs or networking events to support their involvement in cooperative activities.
Throughout the program, we consider leveraging various communication channels, such as social media, newsletters, or community outreach events to promote awareness and engagement. Additionally, we collect feedback from participants to continually improve and adapt the program to meet their needs and interests.
